Winter sunrise sessions
Offerings
Embracing the winter months with these sunrise sessions at Gather in Ramsgate harbour. Due to the nature of the seasons sunrise is at a relatively reasonable during these darker months so we can enjoy watching the, at times, spectacular sunrises coming up over the harbour with a cup of cacao before a Kundalini yoga session. We will work with the cacao carefully selecting Kundalini Kryias that help to enhance each sessions theme. The cacao has many properties which help to uplift, invigorate and elevate so it is a perfect lift during the winter months. We finish each session with a warm cup of yogi tea and a slice of cake, this is optional however once you try Naomi's cakes very hard to refuse. Dates for Saturday sunrise sessions: 22nd November, 20th December, 24th January and 28th February

Cancellation Policy
Cancellation for weekly classes 12 hours before no penalties a full refund will be given Late cancellation within 3 hours of class no refund will be given In exceptional circumstances, please get in touch, and I’ll do my best to accommodate where possible. If the session is cancelled by me you will receive a full refund or the option to transfer your booking to a future session. Cancellation for Events, Workshops and Kundalini Series Cancellation received 7 days before the event or workshop is allowed with no penalties, a full refund will be given or a transfer can be organised for later date. If you wish to cancel less than 7 days before the start date no refund will be given unless there is a waiting list for the event and I can transfer your booking on to another person. I reserve the right to cancel the event in exceptional circumstances which means am unable to offer the event as advertised. Should this happen you will be given a full refund or can transfer booking to another date if applicable.
