This four week series is an energy journey through the chakras using Kundalini yoga to awaken and balance. We start in week one with a Kryia for the Instinctual self, focusing on our lower three chakras our base, the root and our sense of self. In week two we move to the heart chakra our centre, the middle point where our compassion and our ability to receive resides. Communication and the 5th chakra is the theme of week three, confidence, truth and creativity. The series finishes on week four with a Kryia working on the higher realms of the 6th and 7th Chakra our intuition, our oneness.

Cancellation Policy
Cancellation for weekly classes 12 hours before no penalties a full refund will be given Late cancellation within 3 hours of class no refund will be given In exceptional circumstances, please get in touch, and I’ll do my best to accommodate where possible. If the session is cancelled by me you will receive a full refund or the option to transfer your booking to a future session. Cancellation for Events, Workshops and Kundalini Series Cancellation received 7 days before the event or workshop is allowed with no penalties, a full refund will be given or a transfer can be organised for later date. If you wish to cancel less than 7 days before the start date no refund will be given unless there is a waiting list for the event and I can transfer your booking on to another person. I reserve the right to cancel the event in exceptional circumstances which means am unable to offer the event as advertised. Should this happen you will be given a full refund or can transfer booking to another date if applicable.
