Offerings
With pranayama (the control of life force; our breath), movement and an internal focus we start feel a strength within. The focus is on our inner world, its about becoming present in ourselves physically, when we do this we are able to start to be aware of the present. It begins with just a fleeting moment and over time we start to become more aware of the present, moving away from the sensations that can often arise when we move out of the moment, pain of the past, fear of the future. Modern life pulls us so much out of ourselves , the tech that distracts us and fills us with up with other peoples thoughts and opinions and the pace that requires us to often be on all the time with crazy expectations of what is actually achievable. In these Kundalini classes the focus is always about coming back to ourselves, bringing that awareness into the body, having a focus on the heart and gut brain, the other 2 neurological centres within our body. Sending as many messages up to the head brain as the other way round, by using this ancient yoga practice we start to come back into ourselves. I

Cancellation Policy
Cancellation for weekly classes 12 hours before no penalties a full refund will be given Late cancellation within 3 hours of class no refund will be given In exceptional circumstances, please get in touch, and I’ll do my best to accommodate where possible. If the session is cancelled by me you will receive a full refund or the option to transfer your booking to a future session. Cancellation for Events, Workshops and Kundalini Series Cancellation received 7 days before the event or workshop is allowed with no penalties, a full refund will be given or a transfer can be organised for later date. If you wish to cancel less than 7 days before the start date no refund will be given unless there is a waiting list for the event and I can transfer your booking on to another person. I reserve the right to cancel the event in exceptional circumstances which means am unable to offer the event as advertised. Should this happen you will be given a full refund or can transfer booking to another date if applicable.
